30-day money-back guarantee on every paid edition. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

You do not need to explain why you are requesting a refund. The purpose of this policy is to remove any risk in trying a paid edition.

How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to support@sylvanassurance.com
  2. Include your order reference (provided in your purchase-confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy)
  3. Include the email address used at purchase

A response confirming the refund request is typically sent within 2 business days. The refund itself, once approved, is processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

You do not need to return or delete the downloadable materials to receive a refund, although the licence to use them ends at the point of refund (see Terms of Use).

After the 30-day window

After 30 days from purchase, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will respond to all requests and aim to be fair, but refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion.

Refunds for technical issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a paid edition — for example, broken download links, access errors, or content not loading — please email support@sylvanassurance.com first. We will attempt to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund will be issued regardless of the 30-day window.

We prefer to handle refund requests directly. If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to refuse future purchases. For most refund situations, contacting us directly is faster and easier than a chargeback.
