Sylvan Press

Field-tested, plain-English references for the people who do the work and stand behind their call.

Sylvan Press is the book imprint of Sylvan Assurance. Each franchise is a three-volume set — Learn, Run, Operate — on the same security and compliance topics as our toolkits, plus two standalone titles. Where a toolkit hands you the playbook to run, the books explain the judgement behind it.

These titles are complete and will list through major booksellers. Leave your email and we’ll tell you the moment each one is available to order.

Every set has a free sample on its detail page — the real typeset front matter and full first chapter of Volume 1, as a PDF. Read before you decide.

How the books relate to the toolkits

Every Sylvan Press book stands on its own, but each set deepens the thinking behind a Sylvan Assurance toolkit. A toolkit gives you the playbook to run today; the field-guide volumes explain why the playbook is shaped the way it is; the Operator’s Workbook (Volume 3) turns the method into the documents you actually produce. You can read the books without owning the toolkit, and use the toolkit without reading the books. They reinforce each other; they do not require each other.

Titles, formats, and availability are not final and may change before publication. We will publish prices and order links here when each book goes on sale.
